Being overweight is often to do with being unhappy, either with themselves or their situation and being stressed which can often lead to comfort eating.  Sometimes as children were told “to finish everything on our plate” and that is what we still do whether we have had enough.

We tend to lead very sedentary lives, driving everywhere and relaxing by perhaps sitting in front of the television and lack the motivation to exercise.

Hypnotherapy can help you to understand your relationship with food and eating, help you get rid of negative beliefs and attitudes about food. It can help  you to feel more positive about yourself encouraging you not to comfort eat, help you manage your stress and assist with motivation.

Each weight control programme is unique, tailored exactly to your needs. Suggestion therapy is very successful but for more deep rooted issues then hypno-analysis would be required.
