Suggestion therapy is for milder problems like exam fears, driving test fear where the therapist guides you into a deeply relaxed state where your conscious mind can relax and the therapist can put pre agreed suggestions to your subconscious to enable you to make the changes you want to make.  Suggestion therapy usually takes 2 – 4 weekly sessions but this is obviously dependant upon your problem.
